Biography

At Cornell
2015: Was one of three Cornell players to start in all 40 games for the Big Red, making 39 of those at first base, while serving as the DH in his other start…Led the club with a pair of home runs and was tied for the team lead with 22 runs scored, while hitting in the middle of the lineup all season…Batted .224 with 18 RBIs…18 RBIs put him at fourth on the team…Solid defender during his two years, with his .984 fielding percentage putting him at 10th all-time at Cornell…2014: Made an immediate impact in his first season with the Big Red, leading the team with a .280 average, nine home runs, 32 RBIs and .552 slugging percentage…Started all 39 games for Cornell, at first base, left field or designated hitter…Nine home runs were tied for fourth in program history for the most in a single season.

At Catawba Valley CC
Spent the 2013 season at Catawba Valley Community College in North Carolina…Batted .290 with three home runs and 25 RBIs in 29 games…Had a team-best 11 doubles.

At Louisville
Was red-shirted at Louisville during the 2012 season…Big East All-Academic Team selection.

Lettered in baseball at Montville Township High School…Perfect Game USA Preseason Underclass All-American Honorable Mention in 2010, then a Perfect Game USA Top 1,000 national recruit and Rawlings Preseason Underclass All-Northeast Region Second Team selection in 2011…Earned All-New Jersey and all-county honors and was named team MVP as a senior after hitting .536 with seven home runs, 31 RBIs, 14 doubles, 46 runs scored and 30 walks…Has one brother…Father, Brian, played in the Milwaukee Brewers farm system…Pursuing his MBA in finance at Hofstra.
