Played four years of baseball at West Essex High School in North Caldwell, New Jersey…Third Team All-New Jersey selection as a senior after helping the Knights to a second consecutive Group 2 State championship…Essex County Player of the Year as a senior after compiling a 7-2 record, a 1.96 ERA, 112 strikeouts and 10 walks in 64 1/3 innings…Also earned All-Group, All-Essex County and all-conference honors…Posted an 8-0 record, a 0.89 ERA and 48 strikeouts in 39 1/3 innings pitched as a junior…Earned all-conference first team accolades, as well as second team All-Essex County and third team All-New Jersey Group 2 honors…Helped West Essex set a school record for wins (28) and earn the number one ranking in the state en route to a Group 2 State championship…Has one sister…Hobbies include swimming, golf and video games…Lists Derek Jeter and C.C.
