Langtry Claims CAA Rookie Of The Week Award

Hempstead, NY - Hofstra freshman Gus Langtry picked up his second conference honor of the season as today he was named the CAA Rookie of the Week, it was announced this afternoon.

Langtry also won the award on February 16.

Langtry had a strong game for the Pride in their narrow loss to #14 Rutgers on Saturday.

Langtry tallied his second career hat trick in the game and scored his three goals on just five shots.

All three of his goals came at important points in the contest as they either tied the score or kept the Pride within one goal.
