Reynolds, Forste-Dinell, and Michaels Honored by the CAA

Hempstead, NY - Three members of the Hofstra men's tennis team were honored by the CAA today as Josh Reynolds earned All-CAA Second Team Singles honors and doubles pair Noa Forste-Dinell and Maxim Michaels were named to the All-CAA Third Team.

The awards are the first in the careers for all three.

Reynolds had a strong final season with the Pride, earning ten singles and fourteen doubles wins. In his collegiate career, Reynolds has amassed 41 singles victories and 39 doubles victories in his four years at Hofstra. Earlier this season, Reynolds was named the CAA Player of the Week, following his strong performance in Hofstra's season opening win over Richmond.

As a freshman, Forste-Dinell had a strong start to his collegiate career with fourteen singles wins and thirteen doubles wins. The majority of his doubles victories have been at the No. 1 position alongside Maxim Michaels.

In his sophomore season with the Pride, Michaels earned nine singles victories and eleven doubles victories. Overall in his career, Michaels has won 12 singles matches and 15 doubles matches with the Pride. Michaels was honored by the conference earlier this season as the CAA Player of the Week for his singles performances against Drexel and Morgan State.
