Hempstead, NY - Hofstra men's tennis student-athletes Dominic Anderson and Hideki Matsuoka have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, it was announced today.

Academic All-District® honorees will be considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on June 3, 2026.

Anderson appeared in 15 matches this season and earned three singles and five doubles wins. He primarily played in the No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles positions and finished the season tied to lead the team in doubles wins. Anderson has a 3.66 grade point average as a mathematical business economics major. 

Matsuoka competed in all of the Pride's 17 matches this season, earning two singles and two doubles wins. He primarily played at the No. 3 singles and No. 1 doubles positions. Matsuoka boasts a 3.85 GPA as a graduate student studying investments.
