Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's track and field team begin their indoor season with meets in Massachusetts and New York on Saturday, December 6.

The Pride will compete in the TRACK at New Balance's Early Bird Invitational in Boston and race later that afternoon in the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational, hosted by St. John's University. The Early Bird Invitational starts at 10 a.m., while the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational kicks off at 4 p.m. from the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, New York. 

Isabella Gerena and Allison Reid will represent the Pride in Boston, while fifteen members of the Hofstra squad will compete in Staten Island, according to head coach Vincent Giambanco.
