Contoocook, NH - Seven members of the Hofstra women's cross country team competed in Friday's NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championship from the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Contoocook, New Hampshire.
Freshman
Isabella Spagnoli was the highest-placing Hofstra runner in the 6K race, clocking in at 21:06.5 to finish 63rd. She was joined by
Allison Reid in 173rd with a time of 22:30.2,
Isabella Gerena in 179th with a time of 22:33.1,
Avery Brawner in 223rd with a time of 23:28.1,
Hannah Donzella in 226th with a time of 23:30.6,
Sophia Briggs in 232nd with a time of 23:37.9, and
Macy Neider in 241st with a time of 24:19.2.
The Pride earned 853 points in the race, placing 33rd in the team standings. Boston College scored 60 points, winning the Northeast Regional Championship and Army West Point's Charlotte Richman took home first individually with her time of 19:52.8.
