Karoff Named to NFHCA All-Mideast Region

Hempstead, NY – Teresa Karoff of the Hofstra field hockey team added another postseason honor to her mantle, as the senior defender was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-Mideast Region Second Team, in an announcement by the organization today. It marks the first all-region selection for Karoff in her collegiate career.
 
Karoff was named to the All-CAA First Team after leading the league in goals and points with 13 and 29, respectively, while she added three assists during the season. The Berlin, Germany native ended the season with nine goals and an assist in the last eight games of the 2025 season, including seven points on a hattrick and an assist against New Haven that saw Karoff receive CAA Offensive Player of the Week honors. Karoff started all 18 games in the backline for the Pride and was second among all field players on the team with 1,017 minutes played.
 
Karoff started 71 games in a Hofstra uniform and totaled 55 points on 21 goals and 13 assists.
