Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will play its first home game of the 2025-26 season on Monday when the Pride hosts Molloy in its annual "Class at the Court" Day.
The special early game will see an 11:30 a.m. tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex.
A large number of local school students are expected at the Mack Sports Complex as they are treated to interactive educational lessons pregame before watching the Pride take on the Lions.

Hofstra is 0-2 to start the season after suffering an 81-73 loss at Iona on Friday evening. The Pride placed five players in double figures, led by 18 points from
Preston Edmead.
Molloy was 10-18 in 2024-25 and this will be their first contest of the season.
Monday is the fourth-ever meeting between Hofstra and Molloy with the Pride owning a 3-0 lead in the series. The teams last met during the 2021-22 season with Hofstra capturing an 87-49 victory. The first-ever meeting was in November of 2015.
