Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra volleyball team will play its final two home matches of the season this weekend when the Pride hosts Towson on Friday and Saturday.
Friday's match will begin at 4 p.m. and Saturday's contest will start at 3 p.m. The Pride will honor its four seniors (
Clara Bal,
Mairi Hadjipetrou,
Emilly Nunes, and
Izadora Stedile) following Saturday's match.
Friday's match will air on MSG Network with Dan Savarino and Dylan Butler on the call.
Both matches will also air on FloCollege with WRHU providing audio for Saturday's broadcast. Links to both, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the volleyball schedule page on GoHofstra.com.
Hofstra, currently in the midst of a nine-match win streak, is 18-2 overall this season and 10-2 in CAA play. The Pride most recently won a pair of road matches at North Carolina A&T last weekend.
Towson enters this week sporting a 20-5 overall record and a CAA mark of 11-3. The Tigers dropped a pair of four-set matches to Stony Brook last weekend.
Hofstra is 47-25 all-time against Towson. The teams split the season series a year ago with the Pride winning in five sets before the Tigers answered with a four-set victory.
