Eugene, OR - Freshman Isabella Spagnoli capped an outstanding rookie campaign with a top 10 showing in the 3000m steeplechase at the USA Track and Field U20 Outdoor Championships Thursday. 

Spagnoli placed eighth in the event with a time of 11:00.41.  

The New Hyde Park, New York native was the CAA Cross Country Co-Rookie of the Year and placed third at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000m steeplechase.
