Hofstra Hosts Drexel Sunday On Senior Day

Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's soccer team returns home Sunday for a CAA contest versus Drexel. Kickoff from Captains Field is set for 1 p.m. The game is Hofstra's senior day with a pregame ceremony to recognize the Pride's 14 graduating players.

The game will air live on MSG Network and be streamed live on FloCollege. Live statistics and an online audio only broadcast courtesy of WRHU-FM (88.7) will also be available. Links can be found above or on the women's soccer schedule page on GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra is 4-2-7 overall and 1-1-3 in the CAA. The Pride is coming off a tough 2-1 loss at Monmouth last Sunday with the Hawks scoring with under three minutes to play to take the lead.

Drexel is 2-4-8 overall and 1-2-2 in league action. The Dragons lead the nation in tie games and are in the midst of a two-game losing streak with setbacks versus Monmouth (1-0) and Stony Brook (3-1).

Hofstra is 22-5-2 all-time against Drexel. The teams played a 1-1 draw last season.

Following Sunday's game, Hofstra will return to action Thursday night at UNCW.
