Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will hit the road this week as the Pride will face Towson on Thursday in the first of their four nationally-televised appearances on CBS Sports Network this season.

Tip-off from TU Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The game will air on CBS Sports Network with Fran Charles and Tarik Turner on the call. WRHU will also have a audio-only broadcast available on the HAWC. Links to all, including the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the men's basketball schedule page on GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra moved to 10-7 overall and 2-2 in league play following a solid 66-63 home win over UNCW this past Saturday. The Pride got 20 points from Jean Aranguren, 11 points and 11 rebounds from Michael Graham, and 13 points in his second career start from Khalil Farmer. Hofstra has won two of its last three games.

Towson is 8-9 overall and 3-1 in CAA action. The Tigers have won two straight, including a 93-82 overtime road victory over Drexel last Saturday. Nendah Tarke had 27 points and Dylan Williamson added 26 points for the Tigers in the contest.

One of Hofstra's oldest rivals, the Pride and the Tigers will be meeting for the 79th time on Thursday. Hofstra leads the all-time series, 48-30, in a series that began during the 1982-83 campaign. The Pride has won two straight in the series, including a 59-56 win in Hempstead last February. Hofstra has won nine of the last 14 meetings between the teams.
