Hempstead, NY - In front of more than 4,000 screaming school children on "Class at the Court" day, the Hofstra men's basketball team gave the fans plenty to cheer about as the Pride defeated St. Joseph's (L.I.), 114-46, on Friday at the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex. Hofstra drained 19 three-pointers in the game, falling one shy of the program record set against James Madison on February 29, 2020.
