Davies Earns Second Team All-Region Honors

Hempstead, NY - Following an outstanding 2024 season, Hofstra University junior midfielder Millie Davies was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region Second Team. It is the first all-region honor of her career. The teams are voted on by the head women's soccer coaches in the region with first team selections eligible for All-America accolades. 

Davies, who earned First Team All-Coastal Athletic Association accolades, led the Pride in scoring with 19 points on seven goals (team-high) and five assists (tied for team high). Each of those totals were career-highs. The Manchester, England native, who also earned All-CAA Championship Team honors, closed the season strong with five goals and two assists over the final six games. She finished the season ranked seventh in the CAA in points and eighth in goals.

Hofstra concluded the 2024 campaign with an 8-5-6 record and advanced to the CAA Semifinals.
