The Pride placed a total of five players in double figures as junior Jaquan Sanders (15), freshman Joshua DeCady (11), and sophomore KiJan Robinson (10) joined Aranguren and Davis in double figures.

Hofstra scored the final six points of the opening half to send the teams to the break knotted at 34. The Pride would continue its run after halftime as the home team scored the first 15 points of the second stanza to open up a commanding 15-point advantage, 49-34, with 15:39 left following a three-pointer from Aranguren. In total it was a 21-0 run for the Pride spanning the halves.

Robinson tallied his first career double-double as he added a career-best 10 rebounds in the contest. In fact, it was six more rebounds than he had in any game during his freshman campaign.
