Abraham Longosiwa led the Pride on Saturday morning at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University in the men's college gold 8K race with a 12th place finish. Longosiwa finished ahead of all Coastal Athletic Association competitors in the race with a time of 23:49.4.
Jason Kerber finished in 246th place with a time of 25:42.2,
Brian Beck finished in 283rd with a time of 26:06.4,
Alex Walsh finished 338th with a time of 26:56.9, and
John Ortiz finished in 370th place with a time of 29:12.5. As a team, Hofstra finished in 39th place.
The Pride will be back in action on November 1 for the Coastal Athletic Association Men's Cross Country Championships in Elon, North Carolina.
