Glen Head, NY - The Hofstra men's golf team concluded their fall season on Tuesday with the final round of the Nassau Intercollegiate, hosted by Long Island University at Nassau Country Club. The Pride placed 13th out of 13 teams at 912 (+72).
Joseph Giamanco led Hofstra to tie for 39th place at 225 (+15).
Giamanco shot a final round 74 (+4) to place tied for 39th, while
Eugene Kang tied for 48th place at 230 (+20), following a final round 72 (+2).
Gavin Clarke tied for 55th at 232 (+22),
Jacob Vazquez tied for 61st place at 235 (+25), and
Charlie Ferrise placed 65th out of the 67-player field at 240 (+30).
Oklahoma Christian took the team title at 856 (+16), with Boston College sitting 14 strokes behind in second place and Delaware in third. Oklahoma Christian's Oskari Nikku took the individual title at 206 (-4).
The Pride will be back on the course in 2025 to kick off their spring season at the Abarta Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational on April 6, 2025.
