Jordyn McDonnell finished first in 5K a dual meet against Saint Peter's on the Hofstra Intramural Fields Friday morning.
McDonnell's 18:16.90 finish led the Pride to a 15-45 win over the Peacocks.
Jackalynn Orellana ran the course in 19:36.80 to place second.
Allison Reid placed third in 21:08.70.
Samantha Szabo ran the course in 21:15.10 to place fourth.
Leslie Villafuerte Castro was fifth at 21:19.30 with
Amanda Hinojos sixth at 22:47.90.
Diamond McLaughlin was Saint Peter's top finisher placing seventh at 25:10.80. Mikayla Surles was eighth in 26:18.40 followed by Karilynn Jimenez in ninth at 26:22.30. Shanelle Vilson (10th, 29:58.10) and Michelle Cherono (11th, 33:19.80) rounded it out for the Peacocks.
Hofstra returns to action Friday, September 29 at Boston College's Battle in Beantown in Boston, Massachusetts.
