Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra women's basketball team hosts Monmouth in a Colonial Athletic Association matchup on Sunday in the home finale of the 2022-23 season.
Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Prior to the game, the program will honor its three departing seniors. Those being recognized include graduate student
Brandy Thomas, redshirt senior
Jada Peacock, and senior
Rosi Nicholson. Hofstra women's basketball will also be celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports Day.

Hofstra is 9-17 overall and 3-12 in the CAA following a 58-34 defeat to conference-leaders Drexel Friday night.
Sorelle Ineza and
Emma Von Essen led the Pride with 12 and 11 points respectively, and
Brandy Thomas recorded a game-high eight rebounds.
Monmouth enters the Mack Sports Complex on Sunday with a 12-14 overall record and a conference mark of 7-8 after a pair of losses to Elon and North Carolina A&T. Leading the Hawks in scoring is Bri Tinsley with 11.9 points per game.
The all-time series between Hofstra and Monmouth stands at 8-5 in favor of Monmouth. The teams met for the first time since 2001 on February 3 in West Long Branch, New Jersey, with the Hawks winning 63-59 over the visiting Pride.
