Hofstra Earns United Soccer Coaches Staff Of The Year Award

Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra University men's soccer coaching staff of Head Coach Richard Nuttall, Associate Head Coach Stephen Roche, and assistant coaches Shaun Foster and Adam Janowski have been named the Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year by the United Soccer Coaches, it was announced today.

It is Hofstra's second staff of the year award following a win in 2021. Hofstra was 14-3-5 in 2023, winning the Coastal Athletic Association for the third consecutive season, earning a national seed (14) for the first time in program history, and advancing to the third round of the NCAA Championship for the second time in three seasons.

The Pride has been nationally ranked for much of the season and is currently 17th in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. Hofstra is No. 8 in the NCAA RPI.
