Bethlehem, PA - Hofstra finished in 13th place at 637 (+61) in two rounds and junior
Joseph Giamanco lead the Pride tied for 57th as play concluded at the Lehigh Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club Saturday.
The hosts, Lehigh, took the team title at 587 (+11). Siena College fell just behind them at 596 (+20).
Giamanco tied for 57th after a final round 79 (+7) at 159 (+15).
Taishi Shigaki was Hofstra's next best finisher at 160 (+16). Shigaki tied for 60th after a final round 84 (+12).
Jaxon Hummel and
Eugene Kang tied for 67th out of the 78-player field at 162 (+18). Hummel shot a final round 77 (+5), while Kang shot a final round 82 (+10).
Vincent Apostolico shot a final round 78 (+6) and finished tied for 70th at 163 (+19).
Tyler Barbaro, playing as an individual, finished 78th at 172 (+28).
Lehigh's David Hurly was the individual medalist at 142 (-2), while Nolan Crowley from Siena College came in second at 143 (-1).
Hofstra is back in action Monday, October 23, at the LIU Nassau Intercollegiate.
