Milford, CT - Hofstra moved up two spots to eighth overall after the second round of the Sacred Heart University Fall Classic Monday. Hofstra sits in eighth at 629 (+53) after a second round score of 309 (+21).
Jaxon Hummel shot a second round 75 (+3) and sits in 23rd at 155 (+11), while
Taishi Shigaki,
Eugene Kang and
Vincent Apostolico are all tied for 26th at 158 (+14). Shigaki fired a second round 79 (+7). Kang shot a 77 (+5) in the second round and in the second round Apostolico shot a 78 (+6).
Joseph Giamanco fired a second round 79 (+7) to tie for 45th at 166 (+22).
Marcus Lim of Sacred Heart sits in the lead at 141 (-3) and SHU leads the teams at 282 (-6). The final round of the SHU Fall Classic gets underway Tuesday morning.
