Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will head on the road for two-game Colonial Athletic Association road trip this week and the trip gets started on Thursday at Hampton. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. 

It will be a battle of two of the four "HUs" in Division I and the first-ever meeting between the Pride and the Pirates in men's basketball.

FloHoops will broadcast the game and WRHU (88.7) will have an audio-only broadcast available on the HAWC. Links to both, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page as well as on the men's basketball schedule page at GoHofstra.com. 

Hofstra is 8-7 and 1-1 in the league. The Pride opened CAA play with a dominating road win over Delaware on Thursday before dropping a last-second contest at home to North Carolina A&T on Saturday. 

Hampton is 3-11 overall and 0-2 in conference play. The Pirates fell on the road to Charleston and UNCW to open CAA action last week.
