Capazario Eighth After Two Rounds At Wildcat Fall Invitational

Villanova, PA - Dino Capazario is in eighth place after two rounds and Hofstra is fifth as a eam following day one of the Wildcat Fall Invitational, hosted by Villanova at the Radnor Valley Country Club.

Capazario had rounds of 73 (+3) and 69 (-1) for a two-round 142 (+2). He is 10 strokes off the lead in the 40-player field entering Tuesday's final round.

Hofstra's other scores on day one were:
T17-Jaxon Hummel, 71 (+1)-76 (+6)-147 (+7)
T29-Joseph Giamanco, 73 (+3), 80 (+10), 153 (+13)
T31-Taishi Shigaki, 75 (+5), 79 (+9), 154 (+14)
T35-Vincent Apostolico, 76 (+6), 80 (+10), 156 (+16)

Hofstra shot a 596 (+36) as a team following team rounds of 292 (+12) and 304 (+24). Fairleigh Dickinson holds the team lead at 561 (+1), followed by Rhode Island (564, +4), Villanova (578, +18), Bryant (588, +28), Hofstra, and Saint Peter's (597, +37). Jaime Julve of FDU is the day one leader at 132 (-8). Brett Reid of Liberty, playing as an individual, is second at 134 (-6).

Final round action at the Wildcat Fall Invitational gets underway at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
