East Meadow, NY - Savannah Weyrauch shot a 75 (+3) and Cynthia Zhao carded a 78 (+6) to place first and second as Hofstra defeated La Salle, 315-341, Friday afternoon at the Eisenhower Park Red Course.

Weyrauch posted her second win of the season while Zhao had her second top five finish in three events this spring. The Pride's Emmah Federman, Claire Galante, and Cameron Waltman tied for fifth place at 81 (+9), while Mai Takahashi finished eighth with an 85 (+13). Hannah Morello finished 12th with a 101 (+29).

La Salle's Hannah Basler and Kayleigh Zeman tied for third place at 80 (+8). Grace Hickey was ninth at 89 (+17), Megan Ruffing was 10th at 92 (+20), and Libby Gilliland was 11th at 95 (+23).

Hofstra is back in action next Friday through Sunday at the Colonial Athletic Association Championship in Southport, North Carolina.
