Hempstead, NY - For the third time, Hofstra fans have selected Pride women's soccer senior forward Miri Taylor as the GoHofstra.com Student-Athlete of the Week. 

Taylor scored both goals in Hofstra's 2-0 win over Towson to open up Colonial Athletic Association play last Sunday to elevate Hofstra to its sixth-straight win. She cored her ninth goal of the season on a penalty kick in the fifth minute before giving Hofstra some breathing room with her 10th goal this season in the 84th minute. 

Taylor now leads the CAA with 10 goals this season, while her 26 points are tied for first in the nation.
