Marte Selected To All-East Region Team

Hempstead, NY - Gabriella Marte, a graduate defender, was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region Fourth Team it was announced today. It is the first all-region selection of Marte's career.

Marte was an All-CAA Second Team selection after tallying a team and career-high four assists during the regular season. The Middletown, Delaware native, started all 18 games and played 1,589 minutes out of a possible 1,630. In addition to her offensive contributions, Marte helped lead a defensive unit that allowed just over one goal per game.

For her career, Marte started 55 of 59 games and recorded two goals and six assists.
