Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra volleyball team will look to continue to move up the conference standings this week as the Pride travels to Elon for a pair of matches. 

The Pride and the Phoenix will meet on Friday and Saturday with both matches beginning at 7 p.m.

Three teams have already punched their ticket to the Colonial Athletic Association Championship (November 19-20 at Towson) with Towson, James Madison, and Elon holding the top three spots in the standings. Hofstra heads the next bunch of schools at 7-5 in league play with Northeastern also 7-5 and Charleston (6-6) and Delaware (6-8) following closely behind. 

Hofstra is 13-10 overall after earning a pair of wins over UNCW this past weekend. The Pride won both matches in four sets. 

Elon is currently 14-10 overall and 9-5 in league action and will conclude its regular season this weekend. The Phoenix split a pair of matches with William & Mary over the weekend. 

Hofstra is 10-2 all-time against Elon and the teams split the season series in 2019 with each winning their respective home matches.
