"We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to safely compete this year. Our student-athletes are excited to be able to compete this season and showcase their skills," said Papadatos. "The University and the athletic department have done an amazing job to make sure we have this chance, and our student-athletes have done a fantastic job following the University and New York state guidelines."
Hofstra will kick off the season on January 2 in Pennsylvania against the three-time defending EIWA champion Lehigh. The Pride will then host Bucknell on January 10 in the first of two home meets for Hofstra before three consecutive road matches.
