Weber's illustrious soccer career commenced at Islip High School. She lettered in soccer, basketball, and track and was named to the McDonald's All-America Team and was one of Soccer Buzz' Top-50 recruits. She also earned National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Adidas High School All-American honors as a senior. In 2017 Weber was inducted into the New York State High School Girls Soccer Hall of Fame as part of its inaugural class.

Weber's collegiate career began in Athens, Georgia, where she played one season at the University of Georgia. In her freshman year with the Bulldogs, Weber started every game and was named to the SEC All-Rookie Team. The New York native returned home and transferred to Hofstra, becoming arguably the best player in Hofstra Women's Soccer history.

At Hofstra, Weber was a women's soccer student-athlete from 2005 to 2007, where she helped the Pride to two Colonial Athletic Association Championships and NCAA Tournament berths in 2005 and 2007. During her tenure, she helped the Pride to a 41-16-5 overall record.

Weber became the first player in program history to earn All-America accolades from the NSCAA in 2005, and then earned the honor once again two seasons later. She was also named the CAA Defensive Player of the Year in each of her three seasons at Hofstra and was named the CAA Championship Most Outstanding Player in 2005 and 2007.

Weber anchored a back line that allowed 0.85 goals per game across her three years. The Pride set a school record with 12 shutouts in 2007, with a program-best seven consecutive clean sheets. During her senior season, Hofstra posted a then program-record 18 wins that included Hofstra's first-ever NCAA Tournament win. Remarkably, Weber has never missed a minute of playing time in her collegiate career, playing wire to wire in all 62 games at Hofstra and in 18 games as a freshman at Georgia.

In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Weber was named a 2007 CoSIDA Academic All-American and a two-time Academic All-District selection. She completed her degree in physical education while attending Hofstra.

After graduating, Weber was drafted in the third round (18th overall) by the Boston Breakers in the Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) general draft. After spending time with the Breakers, Weber was selected seventh overall by the Philadelphia Independence via the 2009 Women's Professional Soccer expansion draft. She then went on to play for the Long Island Rough Riders for eight seasons (2010-17). During her time with the Rough Riders, she was an all-league defender in the USL W-League and was named the league's Defender of the Year. She was also named to the 2015 W-League All-Conference Team.

The Albers coach locally with SUSA FC while Weber is also the girls' varsity coach at St. Anthony's High School, where she led the Friars to two state titles and was named the New York State Co-Coach of the Year.

Weber's No. 20 jersey was retired by Hofstra in 2008.
