LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced today that a program record 11 Hofstra Softball student-athletes were named a 2018-19 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.
To be named an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must have acquired at 3.5 grade-point average or higher for the 2018-19 academic year.
Representatives on the list from the 2019 squad include
Madison Burns,
Kasey Collins,
Alexa Corben,
Meghan Giordano,
Kristin Hallam,
Angelina Ioppolo,
Jessie Joy,
Devyn Losco,
Madison McKevitt,
Imani Myint, and
Lydia Witkowski.
The Pride also posted a team GPA of 3.370 to rank in the top-100 of all NCAA Division I softball programs.
