Piscataway, NJ - Hofstra turned in its best team score of the weekend, shooting a 332 (+44), but finished 11th at the Rutgers Invitational Sunday at Rutgers Golf Course. The Pride had a three-round score of 1026 (+162).

Larissa Stergiou was Hofstras top finisher tying for 32nd in the 65-player field. Stergiou shot a total score of 243 (+27) after an 80 (+8) on Sunday.
Amanda Bigger tied for 47th at 252 (+36, 85-82-85), while freshman
Ana Sofia Rodriguez was 49th at 253 (+37, 87-87-79). Rodriguez's 79 was the lowest score of the tournament for a Pride player.
Shannon Haselton was 64th at 278 (+62, 98-92-88), while
Katie Krahulik shot a 287 (+71, 99-97-91) to finish 65th.Â

Georgetown won the team title at 909 (+45) and also boasted the individual medalist in Alexa Popowitz, who shot a 219 (+3, 69-76-74) to win by five strokes over Delaware's Josefina Davila-Fernandez and Rutgers Ashleigh Greenham.Â
Hofstra returns to action September 30 at the Hartford Invitational.Â
