Hempstead, N.Y. – The Hofstra Women's Soccer team will look to extend its unbeaten streak to four straight games on Monday when Yale comes to Hofstra Soccer Stadium at 7 p.m.
The game will be available via live stats and Pride Productions video and audio. Links can be found on this page and on the Hofstra Women's Soccer schedule page.
After being held off the scoreboard in its first two matches of the season, the Pride (2-2-1) has now outscored its opponents 7-2 in its past three games, including routing Eastern Washington, 4-0, on Thursday night in the home opener.
Freshman
Sabrina Bryan has five points over that three game span, after tallying a goal and an assist in the 2-1 win over Boston University and adding her second goal of the season in the victory over the Eagles. Senior
Emily Hulbert had a goal and an assist Thursday night, while freshman
Lucy Shepherd recorded her first career tally and senior
Noriana Radwan scored her first goal of the season.
The Bulldogs got off to a hot 3-0 start, including opening the season with a 1-0 road shutout of then-No. 21 Connecticut, not even allowing a shot on goal from the Huskies. Before Yale's Friday night tilt with Miami, Michele Alozie was leading the team with two goals and two assists.
After the matchup with the Bulldogs, the Pride will close its four-game homestand with contests against Fordham and Monmouth on Sept. 8 and 10, respectively.
