Philadelphia, Pa. – Sophomore
Oscar Ramsay scored twice as the Hofstra Men's Soccer team earned a 3-1 win over Colonial Athletic Association opponent Drexel at Vidas Field on Wednesday night.
The Pride (3-4-6, 2-0-4 CAA) remains unbeaten in conference play with the win, while the Dragons dropped to 2-8-1 overall and 1-3-1 in CAA action.

Jon Fraser netted his first career goal in the 20th minute, knocking in a pass from classmate
Danny Elliott in the 20
th minute to give Hofstra a 1-0 lead. Ramsay slotted in a pass from sophomore
Luke Brown for his first of the night, doubling the Pride's advantage in the 28th minute.
Drexel got on the board in the 54th minute, with Laolu Daranijo getting around a sliding
Alex Ashton. But Ramsay's second sealed the win for Hofstra in the 61st minute, as he put away a ball that was bouncing around in the box.
The Pride returns to CAA play on Saturday, travelling to preseason favorite William & Mary for a 7 p.m. contest.
Notes:
-Ramsay scored his first career goal against Delaware on Saturday, and now has three goals in his past two games.
-The Pride outshot Drexel, 19-9. Brown led all players with five shots.
-Hofstra currently sits in second place in the CAA standings.
