Veronika Kostova had 12 kills on 15 attempts with no errors for a .800 hitting percentage to lead the Hofstra Volleyball team to a dominating three-set sweep of Morgan State on Saturday afternoon at the Maryland Invitational.
Hofstra finishes play at the tournament with a strong 3-1 record, while Morgan State is now 0-4.
Set scores were 25-14, 25-15, 25-13.

Hannah Klemm dished out 29 assists for the Pride, while senior libero
Corrina Delgadillo posted 13 digs in the contest.
A combination of stellar offense and stingy defense would see the Pride hit at a .347 clip for the match while holding their opponents to a .000 attack percentage.
The rout was on early on as Hofstra broke a 6-all tie in the first set with six straight points to lead 12-6 on their way to the double-digit win.
The second stanza was more of the same as the Pride won by 10 and scored the final five points of the set following a quick 3-0 scoring run from Morgan State.
Hofstra held Morgan State to its lowest point total of the match in the third set as the Pride held them to a negative .080 attack percentage.
Hofstra returns to action on Tuesday when it hosts Siena in its home opener. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m. Admission is free of charge for all Hofstra Volleyball matches.
NOTES- Hofstra is now 2-0 all-time against Morgan State. Today marked the first meeting since 1998. Both meetings have been three-set sweeps.
- Hofstra also began the 2014 season with a 3-1 record.
