Stony Brook, NY - The Hofstra Men's and Men's Tennis teams both dropped 7-0 decisions to Stony Brook on Monday in their respective final regular season matches of the 2009-10 campaign.

The women end the regular season with a record of 9-5, while the men slip to 1-15 with the loss.

Both teams will now take part in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championship starting Thursday.

Hofstra was seeded #10 in both the men's and women's tournament and both teams will open play at the championship by facing #7 Delaware at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.  Should the women win they will face William & Mary on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the quarterfinals, while the men would face Virginia Commonwealth on Friday at 11:30 a.m. if they advance to the quarterfinals.
