Hempstead, NY - Hofstra junior Ryan Patrovich sat down with Scott Casber from Takedown Radio TV and talked about his wrestling career, his family and the 2009-10 Pride season that begins this Sunday, November 15 against Buffalo at the Mack Sports Complex.

Patrovich, a 174-pounder from Bohemia, New York, recorded a 22-10 record in 2008-09 and earned an at-large bid into the 2009 NCAA Championships in St. Louis last March. After transferring from Ohio State after one semester, Patrovich has qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2008 and 2009. Last year, he posted the first upset of many in the Championships with a 5-3 decision over top-seeded Mack Lewnes from Cornell in the opening round.
