Owen Eubanks joined the Hofstra volleyball program as a volunteer assistant coach trainee for the 2026 season and is in his first season with the Pride.
Eubanks brings coaching experience from Club Ace Long Island, where he has served as an assistant coach since December 2023 and as a head coach since December 2024. In his roles with CALI, he has developed and implemented training plans, led practices and skill development, assisted with game strategy, and worked closely with athletes, parents, and club staff.
A 2023 graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Eubanks earned a bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts with a minor in Marketing. He graduated magna cum laude and was also president and captain of the Johnson & Wales men's club volleyball program. While at Johnson & Wales, Eubanks worked as a student assistant with intramural sports, where his responsibilities included supervising student workers, officiating, and coordinating schedules.
Outside of volleyball, Eubanks is the founder and owner of The Groovy Cookie, a Long Island-based small business he launched in 2021. In that role, he oversees the company's operations, production, marketing, customer service, product development, and social media.
