Lara LoIacono is in her second season with the Hofstra volleyball program after serving as the director of volleyball operations during the 2024 campaign.
LoIacono assists with all aspects of the Pride program, most notably handling all team travel arrangements.
LoIacono has previously served as a coach with Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island during the 2023 campaign. In addition, she has coaching experience with St. Anthony’s High School in 2022.
LoIacono also has extensive experience handling social media, having served as the director of social media for Jetty Bar and Grill in Long Beach, New York, for two years and for the Roger Williams volleyball program in 2020.
LoIacono graduated from Roger Williams in May of 2020. A volleyball student-athlete, she earned her bachelor of arts in communications in multimedia.
