Dr. Jason Davidow is in his sixth season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Hofstra Volleyball team.

Davidow, an assistant professor in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Hofstra, graduated from UC-Santa Barbara with a degree in psychology in 1998. He earned his master’s in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Georgia in 2002 and then received his Ph.D. in communication sciences and disorders from Georgia in 2007.

Davidow played volleyball at UC-Santa Barbara from 1993-95 and earned academic all-conference honors in 1994-95.

From 2003 to 2007 he was a setter on the club volleyball team at Georgia. He twice earned all-tournament honors at the NIRSA Collegiate Volleyball Sport Club Championships.

Davidow is also active in the adult club volleyball scene. He currently plays with Club Metropolis on Long Island.
