Before Hofstra:

Four-year varsity lacrosse and soccer standout at Ward Melville High School in East Setauket, New York.
Earned All-County honors as a senior after receiving All-League recognition as a junior.
Named Academic All-American during her senior season.
Finished her varsity lacrosse career with 76 goals, 24 assists and 98 points, including 48 goals and 17 assists as a senior.
Helped Ward Melville win a lacrosse league championship and Suffolk County title while also helping the Patriots capture back-to-back New York State soccer championships.
Played club lacrosse for the Long Island Yellow Jackets.

Daughter of Sandra and Robert Modica.
Has one sister, Greenley, and one brother, Robert.
Sister, Greenley, played collegiate soccer at Haverford College.
Father, Robert, played collegiate football at UAlbany.
Business major.
Was secretary of her high school's Key Club and volunteered with Jefferson's Ferry, the St. James Soup Kitchen and youth lacrosse clinics.
