In addition to her on-court and recruiting responsibilities, she was responsible for scouting and analytics.

Bogia also coached at Eastern Illinois from 2012-13, helping the Panthers to an Ohio Valley Conference co-championship and a spot in the Women’s NIT, where they advanced to the second round. At Eastern Illinois, Bogia coached two players to All-OVC First Team honors. She spent the 2011-12 season as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, guiding another backcourt member to First Team All-Conference honors.
