2017: CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll member...Ran in all five invitationals...Placed ninth in 17:00 at the Hofstra 5K Quad...Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:54 to place 122nd at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Finished 41st in 28:18 at the CAA Championship...Placed 216th in 36:28 at the NCAA 10K Northeast Regional in Buffalo.

High School: Competed in cross country and both indoor and outdoor track for all four years at Cherry Hill (NJ) East High School…Two-time All-Olympic Conference cross country second team selection…Named Cherry Hill East’s outdoor track Most Valuable Runner and the high school’s Athlete of the Year as a senior...Posted best times of 4:28 in the 1600-meter run and 15:36 in the 5K run in his senior year…All-South Jersey Cross Country selection and Cherry Hill’s Most Valuable Runner as a junior…Selected Cherry Hill’s Rookie of the Year in cross country and outdoor track as a freshman…Member of Cherry Hill’s Sectional and New Jersey State Group 4 cross country championship team in 2014 and thee Cougars’ South Jersey Sectional Championship squad in 2013
