Hofstra University Athletics

First season on the Hofstra Cross Country team in 2018...Came to Hofstra in January, 2018.

At Hofstra: Placed fifth in the men's 10,000-meter run at the 2018 Penn Relays in April in 30:07.12 to finish fifth...Posted  a 10K time of 30:07 and a 5K time of 14:32 during the non-traditional season.

High School: Ran on the cross country and track and field teams at Kamagut High School in Eldoret, Kenya in 2011 and 2012...Named Best Overall Athlete in the 3000-meter run in 2012...Selected Outstanding Performer in the 8K in 2011...Member of the second-place team in the 8K in 2011 and fifth-place team in the 3000-meter run in 2012,

Personal: Enjoys reading novels, swimming and running...Has volunteered forming a group responsible for collection of garbage in a nearby town eradicating disease from that town...Community health major.
