High School: Joined the Pride from Parkendaal Lyceum in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands...Originally a field player, Bosma switched to goalkeeper in 2010 and was scouted for the Dutch national field hockey team in the east region and became a starter with the national championship tournaments in 2011 and 2012... Successfully dedicating her time to becoming a champion junior speed skater from 2012 to 2016,..Scouted for the national speed skating team in the east region of Holland...Took part in the national championship of all-around, spring and extreme sprint from 2012-2014...Finished in the Dutch Top 10 in the 100, 300, 500 and 1000-meter springt...Recorded the second-best 300-meter time in Holland and in the Top 10 in the world...Returned to the field hockey goal in 2016 and has played on the top team of her club program since then...Won the national championship in the speed skating team-spring in ninth and 10th grades.

Personal: Has two brothers and one sister...Her uncle, Steven van Groningen, and aunt, Valeria Racila-van Groninge, both competed in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles with her aunt bringing home a gold medal in the single sculls...Enjoys reading, speed skating, playing all kinds of sports and watching movies...Comes from the same region of Holland that the founders of Hofstra were from...Has trained a group of speed skaters and young goalkeepers in the last year...Undecided major.
