2016: Ran in all six meets…Was the Pride’s number one runner in meets at Stony Brook and Princeton…Placed 24^th in 28:26 in the 8K Stony Brook Invitational…Placed 153^rd in a season-best 26:25 at the Princeton Invitational…Finished sixth overall in 26:35 at the NJIT Challenge-Tri-Meet…Placed 46^th in 28:24 at the CAA Championships…Posted a career-best 10K time of 34:29 at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2015: Ran in all five meets…Clocked a time of 21:11 at the 6K Manhattan Invitational…Clocked a season-best 8K time of 27:22 to place 109^th at the UVA Panorama Farms Invitational…Finished 45^th in 28:10 at the CAA Championship…Posted a time of 34:35 to place 211^th at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regional.

2014: Ran in five of the seven meets as a freshman…Placed seventh in 16:28 at the 5K St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Finished ninth and posted a time of 25:46 at the 8K LIU Post Invitational…Clocked a time of 27:31 to finish 221^st at the 8K Lehigh Paul Short Run…Posted a time of 28:35 to finish in 51^st place at the CAA Championship.

High School: 2011 graduate of St. Patrick’s High School in Iten, Kenya… Ran on the cross country and track teams for three years…Won the District 8K Cross Country Championship in a time of 25:02…Captured the 2010 District Track Games 3000-meter title in 8:52…Received the District Cross Country Championship Award in 2011…Voted St. Patrick’s Athlete of the Year in 2010…Also received the Most Improved Student Award in 2010…Recorded an 8K cross country average of 25:16 in 2011-12 25:20 in 2010-11 and 25:32 in 2009-10.
