Second season on the Hofstra Softball roster after transferring from Army.

2014: NFCA second-team All-Northeast Region pick…Second-team All-Colonial Athletic Association selection…Named the CAA Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 25 and May 5…Compiled a 17-5 record with a 2.39 ERA…Struck out 161 batters…Hurled 18 complete games with seven shutouts…Held teams to a .230 batting-average against…Tossed her first no-hitter at Hofstra with a five-inning win in which she faced just one batter over the minimum versus Drexel on May 3…Struck out a season-high 14 in seven innings against just one walk versus Lehigh on April 23…Reached double digits in strikeouts four times, including back-to-back games against FGCU and Eastern Michigan with 11 and 10 strikeouts, respectively…Fanned 13 UNCW batters on April 6…Won her first nine decisions…Struck out the side in one inning of work to earn her only save of the season versus Columbia on March 15…Started against Texas A&M and Bryant in the NCAA Norman Regional, taking a no-decision in both outings.

Previous College: Pitched two seasons for the Black Knights…Went 29-14 with a 2.40 ERA and six shutouts as a sophomore in 2013…Posted 196 strikeouts in 294 2/3 innings…Named the MVP of the Patriot League Tournament, throwing back-to-back shutouts (a one-hitter and two-hitter) against Lehigh to help Army win the championship and earn a NCAA Tournament berth…Left Army as the program’s all-time leader in wins with 62 and second in strikeouts with 429…Posted a .689 winning percentage at West Point…Named a NFCA second-team selection for the Northeast Region…Named the Patriot League’s Pitcher of the Year and Rookie of the Year after going 33-16 with a 2.25 ERA as a freshman.

High School: Played varsity softball for three seasons at North Mecklenburg High School…Posted a 0.97 ERA as senior, going 20-4 with a school-record 301 strikeouts…Threw 14 shutouts and a no-hitter in earning first-team all-state honors…Garnered the district’s pitcher of the year award as was as the regional co-pitcher of the year…Finished high school career as a three-time first-team all-district honoree…A three-time all-star as selected by the Charlotte Observer…led North Mecklenburg to three conference championship and three consecutive appearances in the state tournament…Played for the club-level Virginia Shamrocks Gold and also Jersey Intensity.

Personal: Started playing softball at age 5…Finance major.
