2012: Ran in all seven meets as a junior...Posted a time of 16:06 to place 10th at the 4K St. John's Fall Festival...Recorded a 5K-best time of 20:19 to finish eighth at the 5K NJIT Dual Classic...Placed 56th in 20:50 at the 5K Metropolitan Championships...Clocked a time of 20:56 to place 117th at the 5K ECAC Championships...Recorded a 6K-best time of 24:29 to finish 237th at the NCAA Northeast Regional...Clocked a time of 24:34 to place 62nd at the CAA Championship.

2011: Ran in six meets as a sophomore...Led the Pride team at the 6K NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 24:16 to place 178th...Placed 71st in 25:08 at the 6K CAA Championships...Posted a time of 25:30 to finish 131st at the 6K Iona Meet of Champions...Recorded a season-best 5K time of 20:09 to finish 114th at the ECAC University Championship.

2010: Ran in all nine meets as a freshman...Was the Pride's top runner in eight of the nine races...Recorded a season-best 6K time of 23:41 to finish 108th at the Paul Short Invitational...Clocked a time of 23:55 to place 69th at the 6K CAA Championships...Posted a 6K time of 23:56 to finish 202nd at the NCAA Regionals...Placed 57th in 19:42 at the 5K ECAC University Championship...Clocked a time of 19:44 to place 30th at the Metropolitan Championships...Placed third in 20:12 at the 5K Brick Stone Invitational.

High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Williamstown (NJ) High School...A member of the three-time conference championship team and two-time  country championship squad...Was a two-time all-conference first team selection and all-county pick...Posted a personal-best 5K time of 18:50 in 2008...Four-time Principal's List and Renaissance Program member.
