2015: Was a member of the team but did not compete in a meet as a senior…Team tri-captain

2014: Ran in all seven meets as a junior…Led the team with a 14^th-place finish in 19:30 at the 5K LIU Post Invitational…Placed 12th in 20:49 at the 5K St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Clocked a season-best 6K time of 25:29 to finish 245^th at the Princeton Invitational…Posted a time of 25:36 for 317th place at the 6K Lehigh Paul Short Run…Finished 80th in 25:54 at the 6K CAA Championship.

2013: Ran in all eight meets as a sophomore…Posted a career-best 4K time of 17:18 to place 48th at the St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Also posted a career-best 5K time of 21:03 to place 60th at the Towson Invitational…Clocked a time of 21:28 to finish 134th at the ECAC Championship…Posted a career-best 6K time of 25:31 to place 232nd at the NCAA Northeast Regional…Placed 73rd in 27:18 at the 6K CAA Championship

2012: Ran in seven meets as a freshman...Placed 22nd in 17:27 in the 4K St. John's Fall Festival...Posted a 5K-best time of 21:07 to finish 13th at the NJIT Dual Classic...Finished 135th in 21:23 at the 5K ECAC Championship...Clocked a 6K-best time of 26:11 at the NCAA Northeast Regional...Placed 78th in 26:14 at the 6K CAA Championship
 
High School: Played two years of basketball, ran four years of varsity cross country and track at Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown, Pennsylvania...Was a member of the second-place Eagles team that placed second at the 2011 PIAA AAA District 1 Championships....Named team captain and received Cross Country Coaches' Award as a senior...Was invited to the National Honor Society as a junior and elected President as a senior...Also received the Diocesan Scholar-Athlete Award as a junior

Personal: Has one sister, Gina, who played two years of lacrosse at LIU and two years at West Chester University...Enjoys listening to music, doing crossword puzzles and reading in her free time...Earned a bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies in May 2016.
